Are you currently accepting new clients?

Yes, we are accepting virtual clients. 

What do you use to conduct virtual sessions?

We use the Jane app which is a PHIPA compliant secure platform.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $75.

What happens if I am running late?

Please give us a notice via email if you are running late. If you are running 15+ min. late, then we recommend you reschedule. 

How much does your service cost?

How do I pay for my therapy session?

We currently accept e-transfer to the therapist’s email. We also do direct billings for some insurance companies. Please contact us to discuss your individual situation.

How long are individual therapy sessions?

Single individual sessions are 50 min. long.

What age range do you work with?

We work with ages 16+.

Do you work with children?

We currently do not offer individual services to children. However, we can work with parents which research has shown to be just as effective. 

What if I do not want to continue with your services?

Therapy is voluntary engagement. You are welcome to discontinue at any time. We welcome your feedback. If this is not a right fit for you then we can offer referrals to other therapists.
